While I do not offer phone support (as a choice to help keep communication accountable and scalable), I do try to make up by trying to resolve all queries at a faster turn around time on email.

This email will be active from 9 AM to 8 PM Mon to Fri and Saturday Noon to 5 PM. This is much longer than the current 7 hour window. You can expect a response earlier than 120 mins at most times but definitely within 6 business hours.
