We have always been a research oriented service providing model non discretionary portfolio service on a subscription basis without any customization for any client and with simultaneous broadcast to entire user base.
While our SEBI license is that of RIA , we are only undertaking services that come under the RA license and doing compliance of the same. Post 1 Oct 2020 we will continue to service our users as before in the same manner without any Advisory nature of service of any kind.
