Please download this exe file and install the “Pi” trading software from zerodha (same broker , another platform) on your computer.
Many a times when the web based Kite platform is down, the Pi software is still working. While not fool proof, this can avoid the problem that was faced this morning.
Also do login into Pi using the same credentials and keep it updated from time to time as a back up.
