I wanted to share with you some information about how re balance emails from smallcase will be sent here on. The following note has been sent by the smallcase team.
The timing of the rebalance notifications including emails, push notifications, and platform notifications (notifications sent on the broker’s smallcases platform) has been changed from 8:30 am to 9:45 am for normal rebalance notification and from 9:00 am to 10:30 am for skip rebalance notification.
This is being done to allow investors to act on the notification as soon as they receive it which is currently not possible as the notifications go before market hours. It will also help improve the conversions in terms of investors applying rebalances.
Please note however, any user logging in onto the smallcases platform will be able to apply the rebalance as soon as the market opens.
