Smallcase update for Tue 29 Oct 2019

This is an update to inform that the Mi_LT_CNX200 smallcase have no change in model portfolio for week ended 25.10.2019 and hence no smallcase re-balance email should be expected on Tuesday morning Oct 29th 2019. (Monday 28th is a holiday)

Mi_MT_Allcap / Mi_ST_ATH will get a re-balance mail on Tue morning
