It was a tough week. The long short trading STAIRS got whiplashed a few times and the long only products sulked along. The high cash however meant there was no material loss. The super charged Smallcase MiATH made good progress despite the gloom. Most stocks in long only products are from Pharma and FMCG space so the strategy to stay with the winners gets auto selected. One need never to stress about what to pick and when to exit with such discretionary strategies..Oh well, time for the weekend after a week that was somewhat Good, some Bad and mostly Ugly.
