I am not allowed to buy certain stock(s) as per my employer’s regulations. What to do in case such stocks enter a portfolio ? How to manage this ?

You may consider replacing that stock(s) with LIQUIDBEES using “Modify Order” option. But please be informed that the same stock could pop up several times during rebalance as the process of rebalance will attempt to bring the composition of your portfolio closer to match that of the model portfolio. It may suggest exiting LIQUIDBEES and add back the stock you ignored. You will need to stay alert and continue to ignore till the time that stock is removed from the model portfolio via rebalance.
