Let us first see how to spot the reason for an unfilled order or an error.
Broadly , an unfilled order or an error could be seen during

  • Initial Investment
  • Rebalance
  • Additional Investment / Partial Withdrawal.

    I noticed that some of my orders could not be processed. How to find
    out the reason for such failed orders. How to solve this further ?
    Step 1
    Log in to your Smallcase account > Click on your “Profile” on the top right
    corner.

Step 3
Click “See All Batches” or alternatively you may also click “See All Errors”
for the corresponding Smallcase. We will use the “See All Batches” Route.

This will give you clarity on the primary reason for the order remaining
unfilled. We will take you through how to do this using your mobile app
and conclude with a few reasons for such errors and guide you through
