I have seen a Drawdown of around 10% in my portfolio. Will it be a good time to average into the strategy by investing more during Drawdowns ?

Whether you wish to average or not is totally your decision which we may not be able to provide perspectives on owing to our license restrictions.

If you see yourself invested in any strategy for long , then yes you can build capital opportunistically when you see drawdowns or if you want to stay away from trying to time this, you may invest in equally spread out intervals.
